I am really liking where this is going!! Andrew, can you do an OC plate too? We talked about that when you were re-polishing my Diamondback several months ago.

We have many OC lovers here. Will be really nice if you will have one OC release in future..

any thoughts of a dual comb (either 2 different gaps med/mild or agg/med etc, or same gap but oc/sb)? sometimes i swap razors for pass 2/3 would be nice to use the other side of the razor

Now there's a good question. I have long contemplated such a design. They've been produced historically, and Ikon used to make one, Shavecraft 101. Not sure if they still stock it. You've got to wonder whether that kind of design would be broadly popular.

They have no 101 but do stock the OG1 which also has the OC/SB combo. I find such razors more annoying than useful but I feel that way about dual combs generally.

I agree, personally not a fan of dual combs. I don’t want to keep track of which side I’m using, I just want to shave. Same goes for different gaps on the same head. I’ll grab a more aggressive/efficient Razor for a couple days growth, and a less aggressive/efficient Razor if I’m shaving daily.

I personally like OC/SB as I use the OC for first pass then SB for 2nd and 3rd if needed.  I have Charcoal Goods, Timeless and Wolfman with Dual combs

I have several DC razors and love them. 3 out of 4 Wolfman’s that I own are DC’s and I ordered the new H&S No76 in a DC. I love DC razors because I feel it’s the best of both worlds and I use the OC on my first pass and the SB on the last 2 passes.

How much efficiency can you squeeze from a DE razor and still keep things comfy? I'm going to try to find that out. Of course, being that I haven't used a razor with a 1.45 or 1.55 gap, maybe I'm full of crap. Experience and results always trump theory and philosophy in this game.

Sounds like a great mission statement....I think it's good you haven't used a high gap razor, best to keep this pure...all the trouble starts
when other brand names get thrown into the mix.

Can you make it as aggressive as X but with the blade feel of Y and the knurling of Z? Pffft!

I guess Javelin won't be the name either...I reckon most could live with Ti3....kinda like iPhones.
