Paradigm 17-4 SS Razor

You guys are not making this easy for me.

I’m so torn now. I have a little extra scratch from thinning the Den and I had my heart set on a Polished Blackland Blackbird Safety Bar. Now I’m second guessing myself...

Hunter, I still love the Blackbird SB. I can use it to mow down a heavy weekends growth. Wonderful DE razor. The 17-4 can handle a heavy beard as well but also the smoothness and gentleness of those Mon-Fri workday shaves.

I am trying to justify the price as the Canadian dollar, shipping and importing fees will amount to over $300 CDN for this razor, for us Canadians.

Hope you love it as much as I do.

Tried a Nacet blade in Paradigm tonight. Great shave but felt a little tugging ATG, maybe dull blade out of box or Nacet blade not a good match. Loving the razor, now just playing with different blades.

Can anyone compare it to timeless bronze in terms of shave performance?
And can paradigm's performance be somehow compared to artist club type razors, like alumigoose?
