I have a PAA DOC Evo in stainless, and rank it in my top two DE razors, second only to the Charcoal Goods Level 3 open comb. Rounding out my top four are the R41 2011 and the Ikon Tech. The PAA is a beautiful, aggressive tool that gives me tremendously close and long-lasting shaves. No complaints whatsoever.
P.S. Let me amplify. I only use DE razors that are generally defined as "aggressive." I've got a bunch of razors I never use, including all of my vintage Gillette DEs (Slim at 9, Red Tip, Old Type thin and thick caps, New long- and short-combs, etc.), only because I can't figure out how to get a close shave. I use most of my modern DEs (except my 34C), because they were all purchased based on their aggressive reputations. I include in this list the FaTip piccolo, ATT H2, R41 2013, and Wolfman open comb .74mm blade gap. The one aggressive vintage DE I own is the Le Coq cage comb, which is essentially a naked blade on a stick (but strangely pleasant). Just to give you perspective on my final four.
