Something that has never happened to me in 5+ years of this. My wife just saw me watching the video over my shoulder and said:
"That looks like the other three DOC razors you have."
"Well, this one is a little different from what I have read. They already have an aluminum version that sold out and most people like it I guess."
"So why aren't you buying this one then?"
*Blank stare at her for about 5 seconds*
"I am enjoying what I have like I said so no worries. I might buy it later."
"No you better do it now. What if he doesn't offer it again like the other ones you have."
"You usually look at all my, "Shaving crap," and tell me I really don't need anything else (which is true)."
"Go ahead get it."
"Really?"
"Yes, but I Really want this dress (shows it to me on her tablet)."
"DONE."
I guess this is what middle aged happy and bored married people do on a Friday night.

Was in the PAA newsletter. Maybe they were both released too close to each other or the stocklist is huge.
I am a fan of the DOC and the accession shaves well and efficiently. You can feel the adjustment with the 1/4 turn range. It’s still the best buffing razor for me.
The SS version looks stunning.
