Visually, the Origin looks better than anything I've seen in years, and is quite interesting to me. Much better than the Meri knot they introduced. Looks better than Varlet, Declaration, Wiborg, Simpson, Plisson, Shavemac, and anything else out there. One will never know what it's like in use until that's done. There are some hair grades that I remember reading about that fit the details that are talked about having to go through the work for this. Rooney Finest was one that required more sorting, but not to this degree. There was someone else that posted many details of quite remarkable brushes from his collection. I believe he was on The Shave Nook though, and that information would be lost to us now. I'd take this over a Plisson 20 HMW at the moment, that's for sure. Cheaper to boot.
They do make fantastic knots hands down no question ask from what I’ve seen atm!!!
