We are currently taking Pre-Orders for our new three piece razor, the M3teorite. We spent a long time designing it and we think you guys will love how it looks, and more importantly, how it shaves.

So everyone can get a chance to try the different settings we offer, when you buy a razor during this Pre-Order you will be able to add the two other setting trays to your cart for 60% off using code "threepiece".

Thank you everyone for being so patient, we are excited to be back to bringing you guys amazing razors.

We expect to launch our new and improved adjustable soon. Stay tuned!

It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...

Went with the highest gap rated plate which is the blue created one for me. Kept the same blade in it from the previous 2 shaves as it hasn’t shown signs of slowing down yet. I’ll cut to the chase and just put it out there. This was a very good shave with a very good balance of blade feel, comfort and overall smoothness of the Meteorite. Not intimidating in the least but, a more present feel on what is happening between razor & skin at every pass. Still feels forgiving at all times but, it won’t allow you to get lazy or nonchalant about your shave as it’s doing serious business on the whiskers. An excellent quality shave in 2.5 passes with no drama of any kind. The alum pass gave barely any heat sensitivity with just a momentary heat spike on the chin but, everywhere else was calm, cool and collective. Both splashes confirmed no disturbances from either heat or irritation respectively except for a tiny bracing effect from the cologne splash. Love that Musgo just for that sole purpose and with the Oak Moss scent, it’s even better.

The Meteorite is composed and effective at every level of the proposed base plate designation. The mild plate is superb for those that want a Gillette Tech type shave with very similar mildness yet better cutting ability with an angle that’s easier to get & maintain. It’s mild and very comfortable but, it’s putting in the work on the whiskers. Best for light growth and those that want an easy daily driver without putting much though or worrying about a mishap. Not idiot proof but, close enough. The medium is a nice sweet spot for those that want comparable smoothness to the mild plate with just an uptick in cutting ability while still keeping blade feel quite tame. Thicker whiskers or those that want a nice combo of smoothness and a subtle upgrade in efficiency should get along quite well with the medium plate. The high plate will suit the bill for denser growth and thicker hair follicles for those that want absolute efficiency while not sacrificing much at all in comfort or smooth feel. It’s almost the medium with just slightly sharper teeth. If your an every other day or 2+ day shaver, the high plate is one to consider for that regimen of shave enthusiast. I like all 3 but, I can see myself gravitating more towards the medium plate for daily shaves and the high for when I want to give my face a rest for a day or two and let it tackle thicker growth.

All in all OliWorks has created a worthy package that has quality, performance and a competitive price point to suit the majority of wet shavers out there. Complete kit or a la carte there is a level to fulfill ones needs in the shaving department and add to it with some customization in colors with the cerakote option, it’s a real good deal. Negatives? Yes, it has similarities to another razor product out there but, sincerely though, what hasn’t been copied then re-copied in the history of razor creation? Let’s get over it Gents as it has been happening for decades upon decades already. Just enjoy the fact that today’s wet shaver has a myriad of options out there from alloy, color combinations, fixed, adjustable, shiny, matte, brushed and so on and so on.

We have it good Gentlemen. There’s no reason to poo-poo one manufacturer or artisan maker over another when one’s options are almost limitless today. Whatever you want to get your hands on, do so and simply enjoy it and if not, move it on and be done. We are in a resurgence of quality hardware from multiple makers where it didn’t exist 10-12 years ago. That’s a good thing gents, let’s enjoy it while it lasts.

The Meteorite is a winner as it brings value & quality craftsmanship to the table. Now, if they only offered these plates in open comb options….

Just finished my lengthy trial of the Oliworks Adjustable Razor.

My first impression was very positive. And the many shaves that followed confirmed that for me this razor is nice looking and very comfortable razor.
My opinions/thoughts are the following.
1. Solid and well made. Feels good in the hand. Fit and finish is nice. As others have noted. The adjustment knob is easy to inadvertently move. And the “dot” could be improved to make it easier to see where you are at on the adjustments. Small things.
2. I used it with my current roster of five blades that work for me. And it delivered comfortable shave with them all.
3. The system that I settled on with
the Oliworks was setting 4 on first pass. Then down to 2 on the second pass. That gave me very nice shaves with little effort. At higher settings it still felt good. But I had to pay more attention. To angle and pressure to keep from getting irritated skin.

Final thoughts.
Nicely done razor. I am looking froward to the reveal of the redesigned version. If the changes are only cosmetic. And the dimensions of the head aren’t changed. It will be a strong contender to lighten my wallet.

The M3teorite arrived 3 days early! I ordered the mild and medium base plates, and the stand, with the logo on the cap. I found that the blades are platinum-coated, which tend to be the best blades for me, so I am excited for tomorrow's shave!

Instead of just a replacement handle, Jorge sent an entirely new razor in the box.  Outstanding service!   These guys get five stars.

So, I guess that the adjustable razor is no more?
