We are fully intent on continuing civil, but we are not stupid. If he is going to make these claims at us, we will respond 100% of the time. 

There is no reason for Matt to sell these razors at 300 or 400 dollars. We are more willing to give these out for free than to see people spend that much on his razors.

Maintaining civility is difficult but important when airing grievances in front of customers, but taking the high road sometimes has exponential value in situations like this.   Be proud and promote the great things about your razor and your entrepreneurial spirit, that is what I am interest in hearing.
