Oil applied pre-cleanup helps

I've had a little bottle of RazoRock lime shaving oil for a year or so.

Tried it on its own for shaving--didn't care for it.

Tried it as a pre-shave--didn't seem to make any difference.

I've gotten into the habit (as you do) of doing some cleanup strokes with just water after rinsing my face after the 3rd pass. For the last week or so ago I've been rubbing some of the oil onto my wet face & found the cleanup to be noticeably more comfortable & more effective.

Good to hear and that would seem logical. Good thing you found a use for that oil.
