I have never been to a pro ball game of any sort, so I don't know what I am missing, but for that price, I think my TV and private bathroom, along with the fridge/kitchen/snacks is a better deal!

Actually $12 for premium beer. So stand corrected. Grew up playing football and lacrosse. Wrestling was huge too. Baseball was primarily for guys not football players although some overlap
