As of six days ago, Luke Webster responded to an inquiry on Kickstarter stating "I plan on releasing the survey in about 30 days (when we are ready to ship)".  I assume the survey he mentions is which color the backers would like.  If they ship anywhere near his 30 day estimate, the razor will be available much sooner than his original estimate of sometime in August.

If that is only somewhat accurate, the Occam V2 may arrive before my Rockwell Model t (April 2016 kickstarter). I had the urge to try a SE razor and price and timing were too tempting.

Received my survey yesterday. The classic brushed stainless steel will ship next week. Those requesting the gold or black will have to wait.

I bought the Occam's original from the BST and have no clue how to go about just buying the new version handle as I missed the Kickstarter. Emails to classic shaving got no responses !

I was backer #24 on the new version but can't seem to get any idea of when I might see a product.

I was hoping to be shaving with the Occam's on Memorial Day. The original Kickstarter had August shipment date with goal of July. I was really excited with the survey and possible quick shipment. However, if I use the razor on July 4, Occam met or exceeded his commitment

I don’t have a comment on this product, but since it was mentioned I will say that we offered to (and did) modify original backers’ razors for free. That was also a very simple and minor fix, however. Far from a redesign.

You probably should remind them how great your razors actually are.
