Yeah the cinnamon is an interesting choice, since its known to be an irritant for a lot of people.
My understanding is they use pretty high-end ingredients for the Nuavia soaps, not sure if that would make the inclusion of cinnamon 'better'?

The only way I'll know is if I try it. I don't think I'd have trouble selling it second hand as well.

At least you've justified it ahead of time  Big Grin

My old face can take anything. If the cinnamon causes problems for buyers, I can look forward to buying a crock on the BST. Not to mention I'm in a purchase sabbatical for 2018...

I just got a jar and I've used it a couple times. I really like the scent. I'm trying to match it so something I've smelled before but I'm having trouble doing so. It does smell outstanding and even got an "mmm, that one really smells nice. I really like that" from the wife who's pretty particular and usually doesn't care for most scents that I have her smell.

Think something in the same wheelhouse as a cologne like Polo Black. Certainly different from the Polo scent as I like the soap's scent better. I have to work on a better match for this as it smells familiar and different at the same time. Unlike the Blu and Rossa scent this isn't one that had to grow on me to appreciate it. Like the Verde i liked it the second I smelled it.

I think I'd rank the scents:
Nuavia Blu
Nuavia Nera
Nuavia Rossa
Nuavia Verde

But with all of the scents I think they're outstanding. The Nuavia scents to me are the very best shaving soap scents made.

Also, as a side note, I've had cinnamon light my face up before but zero irritation issues from this soap.

Did you purchased it direct, or is someone stocking it stateside?

Direct as it was too early to get it stateside.

What was the total cost buying direct. I did a group purchase a year ago during a sale and got about 6 jars thinking I was getting a steal for everyone and then got his with about $40 in custom fees by fedex

I believe the Handlebar Supply will be carrying it in the spring if you can wait. God knows I have enough soap to last me several springs but hey, I can always do with just one more...
