First of two purchases from AliExpress arrived today. Placed on 11/19, so that's super fast! I wasn't expecting much, as this was a last minute addon (for only $2.46 shipped!). I'm rather shocked at how high quality it is. It's not nearly as good as my brushes from AP and Turn N' Shave, still it punches well above its price point. The handle is small, but very ergonomic. It feels good on the hand and I can't imagine it slipping out during a sloppy lathering. I wasn't sure about the pattern when I ordered it, but it's quite nice looking in person.

The empty handle should be here in a few days. Hopefully it's as good a success as this one. [Image: 1f1b64ed7086994e670c1d01c823bd2f.jpg]

That looks great!
Thanks Eric.

For almost nothing it was worth tossing in. Still, I'll know how good it really works when I actually use it this evening. It definitely has promise.

Thinking more last night, I may use it as a travel brush option. It is quite compact. Next to other brushes, it looks like Danny DeVito on the movie poster for Twins.

The second one arrived today and already got it's knot set. It's a 26mm handle, and Dscosmetic was very stingy about that. The 26mm AP 2BED knot barely fits. It's not deep at all, either, so we'll have to see how it performs with a shallow setting. That test is on the schedule for Friday, as glue needs time to set first.

Still, 2 brushes for under $15 is nice. [Image: 83c9164c31a7e669456f7909f672d353.jpg]

Another great looking handle and knot combo! That loft looks like how my 2BED is set. I just used it a couple of days ago and love the splay and flow through! Hope this one works out well!

2BED is on the far right, a 26mm knot also, set in Trotter Handcrafts Messier handle.
