Some samples from Mike's Natural Soaps...

I've been wanting to try Mike's for a while after reading many glowing reviews, but he's always out of the scent(s) that I would like a full tub of. So I opted for some samples. So far I've only used the Orange, Cedarwood and Black Pepper, and I must say this is by far the thirstiest soap I've ever used. Once dialed in it is very cushiony and slick w/ amazing post-shave. The scent is nice, mostly orange. I would have liked to smell more of the cedar and black pepper, but that's okay. The other scents smell good right off the bar. The Barbershop smells EXACTLY like Maggard's London Barbershop which I love. Another bonus is that it's made less than an hour away from where I live and I like to support local business whenever I can. Overall, great soap! I would definitely recommend if you haven't tried. I'm going to keep checking his site to scoop up a tin of either the Hungarian Lavender or Lily of the Valley when they come back in stock.

I have a few of those things headed my way too...Looking forward to the starter kit with EJ head and Synthetic brush.

I wasn't planning on adding the Amici Soap but it was the same as free if I was buying the other two items anyways.

All evidence has been buried, all tapes have been erased.

Trying my hand at synthetics. While I prefer natural fibers this little guy is a wonderful addition to the den.
