New Paladin brush

Hey all,

Just wanted to share a brush I picked up recently from Paladin. I appreciate all of the brushes Ken sells, but couldn't believe I missed this brush when it first came out and it had been sitting for some time on his site. Thankfully I saw something which caught my eye, and when I opened his pictures in the browser I was able to see it was just what I wanted out of a Harlequin, and even better, in a shape I've been wanting to pick up.

I'm surprised with the pictures that I took. It helps to capture more than I can see in person. I know this is all due to the lighting. Maybe I'll have to do some summertime shaves outside in the sunlight just so I can see the hidden beauty in this brush better!

The pictures that Ken took are great too to look at. It's a 28mm Buck Rogers Harlequin. Almost aligned right under the second 'A' in Paladin is just a tiny patch of the creamy gold yellow on the top most ring. Almost looks like a beauty mark. Just that extra touch of that color stood out to me almost as a beauty mark, and just everything else about how the material presents itself was perfect for me. Sometimes it's hard seeing all the other great brushes passing you by as you wait, but it's worth the wait when that extra special brush presents itself!

I can see that marking now. Nice detail! I really enjoy the Buck Rogers design, too, that shape is just so incredible and unique.

I realized my pictures show that with a second look. Not sure how I didn't see it the first time. lol

Haven't used it yet. I'll get to it sometime soon I think. Too busy admiring it at the moment.
