New CORE razor from OneBlade

Just received this from OneBlade:

Like Pete, I am very impressed with the ease with which the SS OneBlade delivers a beautiful, no-hassle, no-technique shave. But, like many of us, sometimes I enjoy using the techniques that have taken so long to develop.

Friday should be a go for me as well. Which means the CORE will be up for duty on Saturday. Looking forward to it.

I have, also, received confirmation that the razor has been shipped.
It will be interesting to see how this one compares to the regular stainless steel one.
It is always fun to experiment with things.

Received shipping confirmation but scheduled delivery date is day after I leave for Asia for two months. Aaaaaaarggggh.

Received my shipping notification as well. Looks like delivery is set for Wednesday.

Got the shipping notification with anticipated delivery Wednesday.

This is great. A week from now we'll have a lot of input from folks using the core.

It will be important to be careful when putting the blade in. I have no doubt that a blade will catch the edge and cause a little nick. I don't think it would impact the functionality, though a lot of folks are funny about that kind of thing.

I mention this because I have a blender pitcher made of this new material and am familiar with it.
