As mentioned earlier my vote goes towards finding a WR1 in Open comb if you can find a head and gap that fits your eye and budget. Fantastic shavers in both open and closed comb. I had an ATT R2 and it was an efficient shaver but sold it as it wasn’t as efficient or smooth as the Wolfman in open comb.

Lots of open combs to consider and at all price points. I have a preference for Old Types, NEW, New Deluxe (current fav) from he vintage world. I also like Schone (made by Fatip but some say smoother), RR Old Type, and the one I'm looking at getting next: RazoRock Gamechanger Open Comb. And then you can spend tons of money on lots of other options.
