My Thanks...

To the Mod team here at DFS! I try not to contribute to the threads that have negative undertones. That doesn't mean I don't support people speaking their minds even if it means that something unfavorable is said. I am not sure what the most fair and balanced way is to run things but I really enjoy DFS. I have been apart of the forums for years and hope to stay active here. All I can say is it must take patience with some of the direction so many threads take as of recent. I wish you all a happy stay at DFS and help keep things productive for everyone my friends.

Thank you for that. Honestly, I don't know what has been happening lately but there just seems to be a patch of, in my mind, unnecessary negativity by a couple of members in a few threads that has caused one of those threads to be closed and another that ended with a Moderator Notice that was replied to in the thread. Hopefully, things will be a bit calmer now.

I would like to say that our Admin and the Mods here at DFS are very approachable , down to Earth, and fair. And, they are also contributing members, as well. They are "one of us." The membership here at DFS is very lucky that they are here to keep things from turning to complete anarchy. Thanks, guys!

And thanks to you too Matsilainen - it was very thoughtful of zaclikestoshave to post this message because as most of you probably know when we go about our jobs or other daily responsibilities we generally get very little feedback. Until something goes wrong or we make a mistake then we hear about it. We should try to keep in mind that it takes very little to thank those around us and it can mean a lot to them. I really appreciate the members here as well as the whole Mod team for making DFS an enjoyable place to knock around and share ideas and experiences. Lots of good people.

we try to keep the forum as open as possible. we don't like to step in, issue warnings, ban people or lock threads, but at times we have to, to keep the peace on the forum at large.
