I am sorry I took so long to respond. to your letters. I just needed a few days away from this electronic beast.
I even resorted to my painting for a couple of days to get my brain untangled.
My grandson, Evan, got the biggest troubles cured in about half an hour.
He and the rest of my immediate family were at my house to help me celebrate old age.
His advice to me was if there is the slightest problem in the future do not touch anything and never turn it off. Call him immediately.
I am going to show him the letter from andrewjs18 which contains all of your previous letters.
I had conta---- tried to contact a number of programmes and services that were afflicted. DFS is the one and only one that had a human being (three of them) try to help me. All the rest were robots, zombies, pre programmed puppets.
I would like DFS to revert back to mickeyoberman1@gmail.com if possible. The rest - I don't care.
I do have a surge protector and have used a LaCie 1TB Hi-Speed USB 2.0 Hard Disc for years.
Evan's very successful business is BUSINESSCLOUD.CA so I am in good hands.
I apologize for being such a constant pain but Evan and my other grandson Aaron, also an IT, have given me leave to pester them in the future.
