Andy Serkis doing an amazing job of reading "LotR: The Fellowship of the Ring" in this audiobook from Audible. What a voice he's got, and he's managed to do a pretty good job of the accents that Ian McKellar, Billy Boyd, Sean Astin, etc. used. His interpretation of Tom Bombadil was strange though, in that it sounds a bit like Emo Phillips with a deeper voice.
I imagine he'll do a great job with Gollum.
I've read the trilogy at least five times and watched the movies several times, but this is like hearing a favourite tune played on a fine cello for the first time.
I've gotten as far as the end of the first book (i.e. the first half of "Fellowship"), just before Frodo wakes up in Rivendell.

We could be Heroes, just for one day.
