Mozingo Brushworks

Received my newest 28mm ZT3 from Brett and it might be my favorite handle thus far.

The handle shape is the classic yet original design by Brett with obvious inspiration from the StrongSet and Rubberset handles of yesteryear.

Had a tough time capturing how beautiful this pour is in person but best description I’ve got is deep blue-green pearlescent swirled with black. Truly stunning.

It’s only got two test lathers but I’m taking it for a spin today and can’t wait to use it. Pics were before test lathers and fresh out the box.

Yes! There’s more expensive machines but I still love the Breville Barista Express the most. What beans do you like? I’m really enjoying the Belle Espresso from Klatch Roasting.

I am having the local blend from a local roaster. It very much depend on the week. It is a nice way to try the different roasts, bean and blends they do. As a weekend treat we go for our nice Blue Mountain.
Really enjoy the machine.
Next week need to clean the grinder a bit it is starting to grind the coffee into a powder.

Very nice. I also like trying my local Colorado and New Mexico roasters but seems like when I get the machine dialed in on one type of bean I just leave it alone for awhile, haha.

Thanks for the link, I will surely check it out. I occasionally use rice but results leave a lot to be desired. Today the machine went through a deep clean and realized that the felt washer was missing! Just ordered a new one.

Congrats on that stunner from Brett, what a sweet pour! Can’t wait to see pics when she’s all polished and knotted.

Thanks men. I appreciate it. The plan is to eventually have the same scheme applied to all colors and in different knot variants. 3 or 4 more and ill get the color spectrum covered.
