does anyone like wearing moccasins? I have a cheap pair from walmart that doesn't have much sole support and even the slightest bit of water will seep through the material.

I'm looking for a better pair. does anyone know any places that sell a wide moccasin in a 4e width?

No, I've not used that brand. I only use Minnetonka's.

However, I look for different things in my moccasins. I don't like any serious soles or arch support. I use their soft-sole moccasins and I waterproof them myself. I have a concoction of beeswax and other stuff that I use on my shoes that works really well.

I like the minnetonka's. unfortunately they don't offer any in a width near 4E...I sent them a message asking last night.

I've worn Laurentian Chief moose hide moccasins for decades and I like them.  I don't think they'd be durable enough for outdoor wear however they have other options.  check out  http://www.laurentianchiefmoccasins.com

I prefer my indoor shoes for around the house, to be all leather. By that I mean, no extra fabric or padding inside or warm wool to prevent from getting too stinky. Right now I'm wearing $30 Rockports from Burlington Coat Factory and can easily wear them to the store or outside when I forget to take them off.

But when I need new ones, I'll look to Olukai. I tried a pair on in store in the USA and came back and ordered 3 pairs (2 slip on and 1 boot) for everyday summer wear. $80 each, all leather, even the soles and what appears to be decent warranty against wear. They are quite wide, even for my duck feet.

Rockports with Adidas soles. Great on my hardwood floors.

I have something similar my wife picked up from either LL Bean or Orvis. Only wear them around the house but like @Bruce mentioned, could get away with a run to the store.

Very comfortable but I have regular width feet and not sure if they offer wider options.

size 13 in 4E width makes shopping for sneakers/shoes incredibly difficult. if you do find a pair you like, you're almost always confined to 1 color choice. oh, did I forgot to mention that I also have high arches and I'm an underpronator?..yeah............
