Do we know if it's a retail store of theirs that's closing, vs if the company as a whole is stopping operations?

Great. I had just decide that their bath soap is the one that I could use daily forever. Shaving soap is decent too.

Fendrihan has stock if you’re looking.

Kent refill pucks available cheap on Amazon too ($8, but also the new non-tallow base)

My theory. They are victims of a small market (shave soap users) being cut into even smaller pieces with the absolute sea of options that include small artisan makers.

Dom - agreed.

And their product was not marketed well.... and then they reformulated. New shavers had trouble lathering it. Heck i couldn't make it work.

As an example, why would I shave with MWF by soaking the puck, keeping it moist, have to use it regularly... When I can use your products that smell better and practically lather themselves. Competition is a good thing.... MWF was slick, nice smell, but you are right - our community is quite lucky with product quality and choices that are superior.

So, another mass market tallow product gone or did that ship already sail with the change to a non-tallow formula?

Is Cella the last mass market tallow formula left standing?

Thanks Spectre, i am a firm tallow fanatic, and like Teddy rue the day Haslinger and Tabac aborted on the animal fat .

I have 2 kilos of cella. . Missed the Haslinger stock up. But Stockpiled Tabac!

Will have to check the Kent out. Had not even heard of it. Good info.

Spectre, i am guessing you don't live south of the Mason Dixon line.?
