Merkur Progress Lubricant

I've been using my new Merkur Progress for a few weeks. In the very punctuated care instructions printed on the box it says to lube the mechanical part of the razor regularly. Any recommendation on the type/brand of oil to use?

I used to use food grade mineral oil that is readily available at Ikea for a very reasonable price.
