Merica as machined Razor

I've only tried their Winning razor, however, many of the "descriptions" or "reviews" for the Merica remind me of the one I've used. Any idea how similar they are?

Edit: May have found it thanks to Google... According to a search return from the Australian shave forum, the Merica is smoother and more efficient... slightly less finicky with angle. That's interesting... I remember the Winning as being very smooth. That's rather exciting if there is a smoother variant.  I do recall the angle issue, though. Sounds like the Merica razor might be worth a shot someday.
