How do you like the scent, and did you also get an accompanying aftershave or balm? BoarderPhreak wrote a good article about the set on his Daily Lather site, and I’ve been waiting to see some more reviews come in.
Also, does anyone know if Try This Soap is meant to be a permanent offering, or just a one-time or seasonal?
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

L&L Mayflower is a wonderful manly type floral. Not usually a floral fan, but Mayflower and Chypre Rose Concerto are 2 of the beSt floral scents IMO.
The WK soap formula is one I prefer over L&, although both are great performers. The WK makes a different consistancy lather, if you don't want to drop the $25 for the Donkey Milk, the regular tallow is just as great plus you might be able to get it cheaper since WK is getting rid of their regular tallow formula and just keeping Donkey Milk and vegan (this is what I heard not positive it is true or not).

OK, I fanagled a sample of the Fougere Boquet and here's my 2 cents: it is indeed a very good soap that has a different style lather in that it reminds me of B&M Reserve somewhat. I enjoyed the rich manly scent and it has a nice post shave feel for the most part. This latter issue is hard for me to tell often as where I live it is so damned hot & humid that sweating is almost non-stop. It did indeed shave very well with top notch slickness. An interesting soap.
Secretary Ramsey put his foot into it yesterday . . . in the course of his remarks he said that California “needs water and better society.” “So does h-ll,” yelled someone in the crowd.
