Karve Shaving Co. A new DE Brass razor to market.

The video is posted from today. So I think there is a lot to be said for a razor in hand and we can see something. Honest question, is the razor above in the video possible to have been ordered in 4th quarter of 2019?

Nice to see what it looks like outside of product photos. I still like the standard matte version better. The polished one looks a bit like the Homelike Start, which I find to be one of the less memorable razors on the market, aesthetically speaking.

Has anyone received the polished or titanium razors yet?  Would enjoy seeing some photos.

About 10 seconds in he states that he polished his Karve himself!! That wasn't from the polished drop. Its been over 2 months now that Chris said the polished drop shipped and still no actual pics in the wild so far but the one Jack has shown on YouTube!! How is that possible? I frequent 3 different forums and still haven't seen not 1 picture of one from his drop, again, how is this possible?

I notice that the guy in the video also has a polished Rockwell 6s - I'm assuming he polished that himself too.  Has anyone else polished a Rockwell 6s?  I've seen some on SOTD with what looks to be ceracoat coloured finish but not a polished one.  I'm curious how well they polish up not having been machined but rather MIMed and how much work it is.  Everyone loves a polished razor and as much as I like the Rockwell 6s, that finish is not pretty.
I've been tempted to order a Karve either SS or original brass but two things have always stopped me, 1, do I need another razor? and 2, this thread and the endless delays.  I get that a one man shop can keep a guy busy but seriously, does he ever finish and ship a razor?

I haven’t seen one photo anywhere of someone using one. I’ve also seen posts on Facebook where the tracking provided showed no activity

I would guess there are not many polished razors in the wild to post online. Based on the current waitlist #'s, I would guess they sold 50 tops at BF minus cancellations.
