I did a test this morning with one variable between the Overlander and the Timeless Ti ,68SB, the blades.  Overlander had a Personna Platinum and Timeless had a Gillette Platinum.  Both blades on their second shave.  I used Arianna & Evans Kaizen soap.  I did three passes, with Overlander on the left side of my face and Timeless on the right.  I wound up with a BBS shave on both sides, but did have two weepers on upper lip with the Timeless and none with the Overlander doing the same number of strokes.  Overall I feel the Overlander is a smoother razor and more efficient.  There seemed to be more blade feel from the Timeless and it didn't seem to be held as firmly as the blade is with the Overlander.  I will report back as to when I start feeling stubble this evening.  See pic of blade exposure between the two. (Excuse the fingerprints on the Timeless)

As an update to my prior post. I did not feel any discernible stubble from either side until around 11 hours after my shave.

Shave today was with the Overlander and a Personna Platinum (3) and still so smooth and efficient! Since I don't get into all the technical data on a razor, all I can say is Chris at Karve hit this one out of the ballpark!

I am similar, with the stubble appearing around the 11 hour mark. What is also different is how soft my pillow feels at bedtime!  Smile

I appear to not be getting the notices of batch drops. Has anyone seen one recently? Much appreciated!

Do you think you could get us a weight? I really want to try this razor, but I am not a fan of brass nor Al frankly. But if it isn't too light...

Here's the weight for the Brass...

Mind you, this is with a blade loaded (Astra SP)... It weighs in at 3.92 Oz.
