Yes, it is! The Victorian handles are a bear to get right, but they are very nice especially in Lee's 3-band Super Badger.

That is a damn fine soap! I recommend transferring it into a larger container though. Those jars are terrible. Quite flimsy and awkward for loading your brush. I just scooped mine into an old empty (!) Barrister and Mann jar the other day.

I actually get along okay (barely) with the jar but certainly concur with Jeff's assessment of it.  I also agree with him about the quality of the soap; it's a winner.

Charcoal Goods lvl 3 SB Base Plate in Antique finish. I have a Charcoal Goods lvl 2 SB and OC and I love them. I get very nice smooth shaves with both of them. I’m hoping the lvl 3 will be just as smooth with just a little more efficiency.
