Yes. You can. I believe a few folks, on here, use it, and I have also done so without issues although I tend to use ImageShack, primarily.

Yes, you can.  Go down to "Quick Reply" and click on the blue button that says "Open full editor."  Once done, there is a toolbar across the top of the reply box.  Click on the black box with the white "i" (imgur) in it and that will open your photos.  Choose the photo you want, click on it, and it will be posted.  I hope this helps.  If not then let us know. Umm, you sort of can now.

The first part of this post looked like this "code" version.

Type in the "=200x133" bit (or any two numbers you want, these just happen to be half of the original image dimensions) into the "img" tag and it will display it smaller or bigger.
Of course it does not reduce the file size, it only changes how it's displayed.

The other method where you post the URL has a built-in scaling option.
