How many times do you use a blade?

One shave per blade, usually a Nacet.

Same blade for 3 or 4 shaves with any of my razors. I always hear about people matching certain blades with certain razors but I guess I'm lucky as I don't need to do this.

Personna Viking's Sword (Israel) Only 2 shaves so far but seem to work quite well for me.

Twelve times, recorded by a D12.
Although, I have hyper-miled a few (Astra SP, Gilette Silver Blue, Personna Blue, Feather) to 100 shaves, just because. The last 30 or so shaves got a bit . . . rough. 



Some day I'll have to post the little crown-like stand for the D12 that my son 3D-printed for me.

Normally try to get about 2 weeks worth of shaves, but often times the replacement is necessary because I’ve dropped it or bumped the edge.

1-4 depending on the blade and razor.

I usually go for 3 shaves..sometimes 4.

Just like baseball, 3 shaves you are out.

My alternate answer: "Every time."

IDK if I already responded to this thread? However, with my Astra SP blades, I get 5 shaves per blade. I am a 3-Pass shaver, WTG/XTG/ATG. Occasionally, I get a 'dud' blade which starts 'tugging' on the 4th shave and in the Blade Bank it goes. For the most part I'm pretty happy with Astra SP blades.
