Watching the news and saw where, in some palaces, Spam has to be placed in security boxes. That's crazy.
And I like Spam. Long story why but I do like it.

I like to chunk it, fry it and add it to rice and fresh peas. Also like to chunk it, fry it and add to scrambled eggs. Or just slice it and make a yummy sandwich with it.

So, tell me, how do you do your Spam??

Sliced an eighth of an inch thick and fried crispy to go with scrambled eggs. But if I could get some decent scrapple down here in Kentucky I would much prefer that. I miss that from Pennsylvania.

Posting Freak
I like to slice it into 6 slices (not sure the thickness) and fry up a slice to go with eggs and hash browns. I also like it diced and fried up in fried rice.

What’s your favourite flavour? I prefer the original

Google explains better than me as I would say Pennsylvania Dutch Delight  Big Grin

"Scrapple, also known by the Pennsylvania Dutch name Pannhaas, is traditionally a mush of pork scraps and trimmings combined with cornmeal and wheat flour, often buckwheat flour, and spices. The mush is formed into a semi-solid congealed loaf, and slices of the scrapple are then pan-fried before serving."
