FWIW I would ditto mrdoug's Terra Cotta suggestion (and I also like the matte better).  At any rate, if I were looking for a terra cotta handle, those would certainly do the trick for me.

Thanks Mike. By comparison, this Terracotta handle was made back in November and sold to a Gentleman in Israel. It has more of a reddish/clay color and textured finish:

I remember that one. Sweet design. I also agree, it is very much Terra Cotta in appearance.

It's a good think I don't get tired of typing "amazing work Paul", because you keep knocking these out of the park. Lol.

To my eyes, terra cotta covers all of that, so it all sounds right to me.  OTOH we all have somewhat different color impressions.

Absolutely Mike. Everyone sees things a tiny bit differently. Not to mention, I think Terra Cotta comes in a small variety of shades between the red and orange spectrum.

On that subject Paul: that powdery look to the terracotta brush... Is that a process or something in the color giving it that look? It is awesome and very much befitting the look of a terracotta pot.

I'd love to say it was something cool and exciting, but to be honest, its just sanding and stopping at a lower grit paper. I think I stopped at like 220 grit to give it that texture. Typically, I sand up to 3200 grit and then go into polishing for most handles.

26mm T1 Manchurian Badger knots are back in-stock.

I’m really loving this knot in my own personal brushes. Here’s a pic after I rinsed and flicked out the water following today’s shave:

And here’s a new/dry T1 getting ready to ship out to Hawaii. Hopefully we get to see it in some future YouTube videos with the new owner!
