I really like the wisps that you see in the darker part of the handle. That is really there, isn't it? It's not an artifact of the lighting? Either way, I really enjoy this one! I Googled Talos, but didn't make any obvious connection. Is there a story behind the name?

Hi Eric,

Yes, the black handle has some very dark swirling that gives it a neat depth. I only used black dye on the lower part.... and a lot of it!

Both look great! First one reminds me of strawberries and cream ice cream for some reason. The shine and color of the habanero sure is unique!

Habanero has an intense color for sure. I was really surprised how it polished up too.

Alpenglow is named after the winter setting sun on the snow capped mountains in Alaska (where I grew up).
