I’ve had my last shave with the Taiga and I’ve messaged Calm_Shaver to get his address.

I’ll write a review when I have a little more time.

Thank you to all involved for allowing me to try it out for a week.

The Taiga Ti is already available: 600$. I am considering to bite the bullet and will be grateful for any review of the titanium version

I tried to order the Titanium version, in Rub it was 36,000 which is $485 USD but it would not let me purchase it, when I switch to English on the website it now becomes $600 USD. Why the 25% increase?

The address must be somewhere in Russia for the price in Rub.

Perhaps a surcharge? That’s a bit much though if you ask me. Perhaps if it were including both sb & oc options (like their first SS razor release) I might have bitten but, that’s a bit too much. And maybe they know that we’re willing to pay through the nose on a premium alloy (which isn’t so premium nowadays). I honestly have no clue my friend....

I was set on buying the Taiga and awaited it's 2nd batch release. Upon learning that the OC plate is ommited from the Taiga which imo made the Taiga stand out as an adjustable. I have decided I  am going to pass on the Taiga. I think Homelike should at least have the OC baseplate as an option.

Imo I think Homelike lost alot of fans due to this decision. If anything, it is backwards. They should've released the SB plate only for the Taiga upon initial release. And upon the second release, to build upon the success of the 1st release and add the Oc baseplate to the offering. OR have the same offering for 2nd release and keep the price the same.

Now the Titanium is a nice addition, but the Big Question is would someone purchase it over a Wolfman?! $600 is steep, without getting that Wolfman quality. Also Imo its price point is too high. However I would of liked to purchase the stainless steel version Taiga and get both the sb & OC plate. The advantage of the Taiga having the Oc plate is what made this adjustable unique, even more so than the Rex Ambassador. Just sharing my point of view. Let me know if anyone feels alike.
