Thanks
AlanH81, I generally walk for my cardio. Maybe not HIT but definitely MIT
My wife has a stationary bike that I’m trying to get my head around using.
One other thing - when Covid closed the local rec Center that I worked out at I did drag some old but very serviceable equipment out of “storage “ which was great, but I wanted to add or upgrade stuff as well. That was hard at first because everyone on earth was doing the same thing so most stuff I wanted was sold out or back ordered. I also decided that I wanted to buy “local” if possible which for me meant made in Canada or USA. This also meant more expensive but I figured that was because workers in Canada and USA are paid a living wage for their labour unlike some foreign labour and as Canadian and American workers are basically my friends and neighbours, why should I begrudge them a living wage? I’ve been very happy with the quality of the Canadian and American made products that I’ve purchased and if something is priced beyond my reach then either I can save up for it or maybe I don’t need it.
