I don't use my Wolfman .74mm blade gap open comb much. I get better shaves with other razors, but none of them are more artfully crafted. I plan to keep it.

P.S. It may not be noticeably better engineered or built, but my Charcoal Goods Level 3 open comb in antique brass is right with it, and gives me a better shave.

To what end is the engineering if not to deliver a better shave?

Two of my high-end razors are not used as much anymore. For a time, my ATT S1/S2 were my absolute favorite razors. After acquiring a Wolfman WR1 and a Timeless .68SB however, Slice and Dice were replaced with Slice and Dice II. So currently the Wolfman/Timeless are my favorite 1/2 combo and the ATT S1/S2 just get used here and there. I've considered selling them but for some reason I just don't want to part with them.

Quite the opposite for me, I like variety and I found myself picking up my modern SS razors the most, so I dove into using some of my vintage razors more so they didn't have as much dust on them. This morning I pulled out my 34C for the first time in awhile, early on in DE shaving it was my go to but since acquiring nicer finished razors it's been neglected but with a feather blade still gave me a great shave. Now my SS razors are starting to gather dust so they may be next up to get some use. At the end of the day use what you like and enjoy it.

rogue13,

eBay has a good selection of Schick Razors and blades today.
Some very reasonable prices too.

I like my wolfman guerrilla, timeless, and charcoal goods lvl 3. I also like vintage gilletes, the futur, and the r41.
