Help with blade identification

I found a couple wrapped but loose blades the other day and I've been using one for the past few days.  The 1st shave felt a little rough but the past couple days have been wonderfully smooth.  I assumed I had a tuck but I can't find anything now.  I also assumed they were Peronnas but I really don't know.  It does say they are made in Israel on the blade.  Does anyone know who makes these?

I have the identical blade (in wrapper) and it is an Israeli Blue Personna. I don't like them either. 

Just re-read the OP. I have one sealed tuck of 100, and another open with only a few less than 100. Trade for Red Personnas in a heartbeat.
