Never seen one of those but I do know it should have been produced sometime in the 1920's. The companies copying Gillette's original designs usually did so not long after a new one was released. That style is based loosely on a Gillette New Improved style razor. I can also say with great certainty it is not something that was British or American made.
Are there any other markings or writing on the razor anywhere?

Nothing came to my mind and also would need more to go on. The 4-piece design is interesting

The bottom plate is very similar to the modern O.R.E.N DE lv2. And I haven't seen anything else like it. So l asked for help.

If that is German which I am inclined to believe is true that coat of arms could correspond to the city or town where it was produced so I would try to match it up that way first.

The majority of blades produced in Germany usually come for Solingen. That razor if this is the case wasn't produced there as you can see by the coat of arms for that city.

You can try the states coat of arms.

Then cities and towns down to the local districts.

Finally if nothing shows up it maybe a specific family crest that I have no idea what to research without asking an actual German.
With all that said what bothers me about it is a coat of arms usually is in the shape of a shield and not a hexagon so that maybe a manufacturer's mark and not a crest of any sort.

They helped me a little to reveal the secret of this razor. I wanted to buy it, but I had my doubts. As a result, I did not buy it, and here's why. The bottom plate is very similar to the Eclipse Red Ring. The handle is from a German machine tool (Solingen, Rotbart). The lid is also most likely German. It turns out that this razor is assembled from several . This is only a guess, but there are no other versions. I asked this question to all the experts I know and Instagram. No one has seen such a razor before. Here is such a story.
