Once upon a time, I had a bottle of PVW23. I killed it just before moving to Seattle 4 years ago. Now I still have a Van Winkle 10yr and a dusty bottle of Old Fitz that (by my math) came from off the still and went into a barrel at Stitzel Weller the same year as my PVW23 did. It spent 8 in the barrel and 15 in the bottle while the Pappy spent all 23 in the barrel, but it's still pretty tasty.
