Greetings everyone from Charleston, SC! My name is Rick and I was born and raised in Queens New York but have been happy to now call Charleston SC my home for the last 5 years.
I actually discovered wet/ traditional shaving 8 years ago now and it has truly become a way of life for me.
While I tried my hand at straights, I've come to the conclusion that I simply enjoy and get better results from DE Safety Razors.
I especially favor my beloved Weber DLC and after trying a multitude of DE Razors, both modern and vintage, nothing seems to knock it off its pedestal.
I've really seem to have narrowed down my shaving preferences after 8 years of fun experimenting but continue to enjoy trying new soaps and creams regularly. All other AD'S seem to be in control otherwise.
I look forward to sharing my perspective and experiences in what seems to be a Forum full of old friends and new but I'm especially excited to be part of what appears to be a more open and less restrictive group of gentleman that respect each other and give off a real sense of community in which I'm happy to now be a member of!
