Lighting tricky. But whether graphite or ebony, Samurai stands out in dark colouration. Real beauty!

Dan, can you post a copy of the pass around list again?

We don’t post the list nor do we associate screen names on the database. In the former as to prevent public pressure being exerted to rush appraisals and in the latter to mitigate against bias on my part regarding prioritizing. Even the manufacturer has no idea regarding the list nor actual names of trialers unless they proactively share the info

Dan, may I be added to the passaround? I emailed you quite some time ago and did not get a reply. Thanks.

Efficiency of the SB is somewhere between the 1.35 and 1.45 wr2, and smoothness is similar to the 1.55 wr2. There is some blade feel, but it's not over the top. Feels a little like the Carbon Cx but it's both smoother and more efficient. I also think it's smoother than the blackbird. I didn't think I was going to be interested in another razor after buying the Paradigm diamondback, but dammit this razor is also incredible!
How would you compare specifically the DB and the 17-4 SB?

DB is smoother, efficient is very close. Give me a few more days ??
Any updates on the comparison of these two?

[Image: AFozFA0.jpg]Another superb shave with the P076. Still sticking with the Nacet and the shave was just incredible. I use lighter pressure than I do with most razors and with a slick soap this razor is ultra efficient while giving an irritation free shave. One thing I haven’t commented on is the handle. It’s design is larger in diameter than most that I have tried which is great. The diameter  combined with the very grippy knurling allows for a very positive grip. Overall I am still getting the wow factor shaves with this razor after switching blades.
