I got text message a short while ago that my parcel had hit the post office.  Logging in shows, belatedly, that is was actually at post office at 3:44PM (EST if I understand correctly).

I understand the frustration with recent order delays. I apologize for any inconvenience. I made a few large drops at USPS today, and most DFS members' orders were part of these despatches.

All good bud.  Congrats on your success with you recent drops.  My order hasn't hit the post office yet but Id rather you take the time needed to make sure everything is packaged correctly than have you rush and miss things.

I think we are living in an instant gratification society these days. Mo is a one man shop and I talked to him right after the release and it was the biggest response he has ever had to his soaps and products.  He also did this one under his new branding and the attraction to that alone was huge!  I have been riding with Mo and Grooming Dept since the very early days and I guarantee that once people get these new products, they will be ecstatic to the point that all of the talk about shipping time will completely go away.  I call Mohammad the “Mad Scientist” because every time he claims that he has a better formula than the last, he ALWAYS delivers something truly special in every way.  Anyway, just my opinion but please be patient and you will be rewarded……as always!!

I have retired formulations such as Primus, Lusso and Janus. They are still  capable of delivering an excellent shave, but I want an even better shave.

In that case, I'd be happy to PM you with an address to dispose of those unfit formulas.
