I'm using ambergris and pineapple to produce a different effect from Aventus. Kai has an oceanic watery breeze.

Ambergris is a sweet, musky, and earthy aroma with hints of marine, animalic, and woody notes. Some people also detect a salty, seaweed-like scent or a slightly smoky quality. The ambergris I'm using is synthetic.

Another ingredient that figures out nicely in Kai is Mimosa.

Mimosa - is powdery, honeyed, and floral, with hints of cucumber, rice powder, and almonds.

It's such an amazing scent!

I must say that with the new Mallard base, my expectations are running pretty high .

I might have missed this piece of information, but when these soaps are sold out..they are gone...correct? Or are you planning to maintain an ongoing inventory ? Just trying to keep my "ducks" in a row.

Thank you! I'm delighted to learn that you value the improvements made to the Mallard base. The enhancements I introduced have genuinely raised the base to a higher standard.

I'll likely start maintaining an inventory in early 2024. For this release, I have a limited number of jars, but I'll be sending batches of the soaps and aftershave to Pasteur and M&M in December.
