This is called fan-boyism. Fanboys or haters are the most vocal. I frequent two shaving social media - in one (DFS) GD fan boys are always angry bitter about legit complaints, and the other is full of GD haters who can't wait to find a excuse to bash Mohammad's product. I used to engage in discussions (related to GD products and practices) in both places as I am a regular user of GD products from early days, but now I don't anymore. It is impossible to reason with either group.

I can definitely see your point, both sides of this argument can get out of control. I guess I’ve said my peace and wish Mohammad all the best with his business and hopefully can purchase more in the future.

LOL... Are you even old enough to shave, son?

Legitimate issues were raised, suggestions made. The artisan acknowledged them and promised to do better moving forward. Why are you still talking? Or even opening your mouth?

Gentlemen, this thread is closed temporarily.  The childishness on both sides of this argument has reached ridiculous proportions.  I shall reopen the thread before the day is out and, by then, I hope cooler heads will prevail.

Mohammad, I apologize for the interruption but will reopen the thread, as promised.  For those of you who enjoy this type of bickering (and I am not talking about the legitimate pros and cons of the complaint) please do it through PMs rather than disrupt the flow of information.

gentlemen, relax. I think we're all adults here. after all, this is SHAVING SOAP we're talking about. yes, it's frustrating when something isn't sent out when it's supposed to be, but resorting to name calling is ridiculous...

Mohammad has openly stated that he's still trying to streamline his processes to get soap out into the world as quickly as possible...once he works out the kinks, I'm sure it'll get much better.

Gentlemen, as promised, I have reopened the thread.  Please, no matter what your thoughts, be civil.  Sarcasm and name calling accomplish nothing.  As andrewjs18 says above, it's shaving soap we're talking about and I think it's a safe bet to assume that most of us have more than one tub.

Enjoy the thread. Happy2
