I appreciate your interest, I hope one day you'll try my soaps, I believe you'll enjoy them as many people here attest.

I'm planing on releasing a rose scent, early fall, notes: Coffee, Rose, Amber, Vanilla, White musk.

That really sounds awesome and best of luck for that. Yeah I will definitely try something, just have to make some space before I buy more

Hi, Mohammad! I love what you are doing and will place an order when you re-stock. I live in downtown SF, so I'm excited to try your products.

When you get a chance, it would be cool to hear more about you and how you decided to get into this business.

Thank you so much for your interest and support! It's always awesome when another Bay Area person joins the thread!

I used to live in SF, I miss it a lot too! I moved to Millbrae to get a space to be able to manufacture the grooming products I wanted to make. Prior to SF I lived in Maryland and worked as software developer/lead/architect and worked at the FAA, Marriott and AARP and many more!

I don't know if you saw the first thread. I talked briefly of how I started making soaps. I quickly fell in love with the process and learning about ingredients and chemistry of soap making and cosmetics.

I have always been into cooking, but not just cooking, I got interested in how fats and meats behave through various cooking stages or marinating, how sauces and dressings are emulsified. I went down the path of molecular gastronomy and started dabbling with ingredients that are usually foreign to home cooks and techniques to make foams ad reconstitution of ingredients. I have a sizable collection of spices, and I make all kinds of blends from curries, garam masala and various rubs.

After amassing a large collection of soaps I started to wonder what it would be like to make a soap. One day I was in the kitchen, I was rummaging through the many oils I have, I realized I can make a soap with some of them. I jumped on the internet and started ordering the rest of the ingredients necessary to make a soap Smile

I love road cycling and cooking. My drinks of choice are coffee, red wines and ciders. Beers were a big deal in my life until I was diagnosed with Celiac!
