Great customer service

Had some problems with Tiki bar soaps with burning to my face have tried two soaps, just emailed Amanda at Tiki Bar soaps she was so cool about the whole thing, gave me recommendations to what soap would work for my skin type. I was going to give up on Tiki thought theses soaps we're not for me, but from the fast response from Amanda and recommendation of soaps that will work for me, im going to give Tiki another try. Tiki does make some nice soaps. There have been some people that have had customer service problems, but it sounds like you have had good luck on that end. some people get irritation from certain fragrance oils which sounds like that may be the problem. I hope you can get things straightened out, Tiki soaps lather like crazy.

This is great to hear. I had an issue with one and broached it to her right as I started shaving a couple years ago and she couldn't have cared less. I hope you get a soap you like from her.
