I like how it looks and feels for now. I'll try it tomorrow and see how it shave. Shiny (chrome) razor. No gillete sign or gillete code on the razor.

They should’ve engraved the tops.

What is the handle made of? Brass or Zamak?

If nothing else, it looks like a good travel razor. One you really don't care about if you should lose it, have it stolen or confiscated.

Received this razor today. Compared the head to my Muhle R89 Twist. Identical. The Gillette Heritage Razor head has the number 4 stamped in the same place as on the Muhle R89 Twist. Baseplates are identical as well. This confirms that the head is manufactured by Muhle (in Germany). Look forward to shaving with it tomorrow. I shaved with the Muhle R89 Twist today. I expect the same shave tomorrow. The big difference will be that the Gillette Heritage handle is much shorter.
