You can use Reserve Fern Soap and follow with FG EDP. Very nice.

I thought WKDM Tempest had a very similar scent albeit not as strong.

Same here!

It's that damp earth Petrichor scent. Reminds me of hunting in the fall when you disturb fallen leaves and soil.

Going to be honest that a ton of the Tempest sets have hit the various BST'S. I think that scent profile turned out a little different than the rain vibe for me at least. Still one of the best bases around but the scent is to damp earth when the expectation may have been more LL after the rain meets an Irish bog.

To me Tempest is almost a dead ringer for Chiseled Face Summer Storm.
