No worries Ken. I had a feeling it was going to happen no matter what. Lol. Plus now I get to avoid getting the side eye when the mail come. Big Grin

Love the scales on that razor. I've always had a thing for see-through or opaque scales. Probably why I like honey horn so much.

Monday shave
Yaqui Badger
A&E Grecian Horse
Chas R. Coates Baltimore “Chesapeake” Razor.
Clubman Vanilla

Nice shave tonight.
On a side note. My AP Gealousy Badger knot finally arrived. So that is glued in and will be ready for some breaking in action tomorrow.
Also we got our new uniforms at work. I always forget how damn bright the shirts are when spanking new. Yikes. A plus is this time they offered pants with cargo pockets on them. So now I can go back to my old habits I had when I wore BDU's. Hope everyone's week started well.

Pretty dang good shave tonight. On account of my Mucho Grande Magnifico Customized Razorock 400. Many thanks to Eric Smattayu for his recommendation on which knot to go with. The AP shave Gealousy Knot. I was thinking there would be some breaking in needed for it to get to the softness of my Yaqui and SV Badger brushes.
I am happy to report that the first use exceeded my expectations. 1. No funk or smell. 2. Only lost 2 hairs. 3. Dense with both good back bone and splay properties. 4. Tips are soft and luxurious already.  So I would give two thumbs up for this knot. And tell anyone to give them the hairy eyeball if they are looking to get a new badger knot.
With the advice here and elsewhere. The shared tips on removing and replacing knots. It was fairly straight forward to make this switch.
Since the brush is now old school badger hair. I went with the Moon Old School soap. That leads into Old Spice AS. With cutting provided by my "Our Very Best" straight.
Went a little crazy with the old theme. And did the pic in B/W.
Hope you guys had a good Tuesday.
