Received mine today. Smells AMAZING! Immediately ordered a splash and a toner. Will shave with the soap tomorrow.

Not yet. Slated to be delivered on Monday.

I got an early present - it was delivered today. Smells nice and I will use it tomorrow.

Ok, I got mine yesterday and it smells nice. I used it today and my wife thought it smelled good also, while in use, always a big plus.
It was a nice lather, and my 1/4 tsp of soap took 3 tsp of water in a mixing bowl to get about where I like it. Seems pretty slick to me with hard well water from the Ozarks. About 1-2 hours later, while at church, the post shave softness hit and the skin felt soft, like the other Wk soap I've used, and I got an occasional whiff or the scent. A few hours since the shave, still very smooth/soft feel on the skin. That's just my 1st shave thoughts. Please, you more experienced traditional wet shavers let me know your thoughts.

Glad you liked it. Looks like you scoop the soap as opposed to swirling on the puck. I started doing that a few shaves ago and currently find 1/4 tsp is the perfect amount. So far I like this method better than the swirl on top of the puck for reasons of ease and consistent lather shave to shave.

Thank you for sharing your first impressions! I just finished my first shave with the Pasha’s Pride and my executive summary is this soap is SUBLIME, though I must admit that I am partial to any oud scented soaps and to the WK soaps in particular  Happy

To test a new soap I usually use my “autopilot” razor General with a fresh Feather blade. No prep, no shower, just a bit of water on my face before applying the protolather for the first pass.

I loaded a slightly dump brush for 45 sec:

The following three pics are the photos after the first, second, and third pass respectively

After the third pass I had enough lather for two passes on the back of my neck. The soap can take a significant amount of water and the lather stays stable and shiny throughout the entire shave. The glide, protection, and residual slickness are supreme. After three passes I got a perfect BBS with no blood loss or irritation. The post shave feel is extremely gratifying-I applied the remaining suds of lather instead of my usual aftershave splash and my face and neck feel  just perfect.

Sri, thank you so much for creating this masterpiece. If it were up to me I would have made it mandatory for every wetshaver to own at least one container of the Pasha’s Pride! For some, me included, this soap might be the SAD cure  Angel

Thank you for posting the review and pictures. I am glad you enjoyed it as much as we did in coming up with the soap base and the scent blend. We had to make a few changes in the process due to the smell of the Bufala. The end result is truly worth it. This is my new favorite among our lineup. Appreciate you trying Pasha's Pride.

Glad you and your wife loved the scent. The Bufala soap base produces the slickest and creamiest lather in my experience.
